Noah Swidan

I saw this problem firsthand working inside HCA and at Cherry Bekaert here in Nashville: skilled people spending hours every week hand-keying data into software that’s never going to get an API, because replacing it outright is a six-figure decision nobody actually wants to make. I built Knotwork because that gap seemed genuinely worth closing. Not with another migration project, but by automating the manual work around the software you already trust.

My goal is simple: give every business running on “good enough for now” legacy software a real way to reclaim the hours that go into keeping it fed, without asking them to rip anything out. For the businesses I work with, that means fewer nights spent catching up on data entry, and more time actually running the business.
